■Returns & exchanges: ・All our products are genuine items sourced from Japanese manufacturers and authorized wholesalers. We do not handle counterfeit goods.

・Fraudulent returns or exchanges such as substituting counterfeit items for genuine items or returning items purchased from other sellers are strictly prohibited. If such fraud is discovered, we will take strict measures, including legal action.

・If an initial defect or incorrect delivery is confirmed, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

・Returns and exchanges are limited to unused and unopened items.

・Please check the condition of the product immediately upon arrival.

・Returns or exchanges for customer reasons (wrong size, wrong color, different from image, etc.) cannot be accepted due to the nature of international shipping.

■Return shipping costs: ・We will bear return shipping costs for returns due to our responsibility, such as initial defects or incorrect deliveries. ・If you wish to return an item, you must follow the method designated by us. Any additional costs incurred by shipping with methods other than the one we specify will be borne by the customer.

■Disclaimer: ・We will not refund or resend items that are denied clearance due to import regulations or laws of each country. Customers must confirm import regulations and relevant laws of their country before purchase. ・Damage that occurs during shipping

■Governing law and jurisdiction: All disputes related to these transactions shall be governed by Japanese law, and Aichi District Court shall have exclusive agreed-upon jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
