Refund policy
A 3-day return policy applies. This allows you to request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If the return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned before a return request is made will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, candy toys, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized items, etc.), and hygiene products (beauty items, etc.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving a reason. As above, items must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

■ About returns and exchanges ・All of our products are official genuine items sourced from domestic Japanese manufacturers and authorized wholesalers. We do not deal in counterfeit products.
・Fraudulent returns or exchanges involving swapping with counterfeit items or items purchased elsewhere are strictly prohibited. If such misconduct is discovered, we will take strict measures, including legal action.
・If an initial defect or wrong shipment is confirmed, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving the item.
・Returns and exchanges are limited to unused and unopened items.
・Please check the condition of the item immediately upon arrival.
・Returns or exchanges for customer convenience (size issues, color differences, different from image, etc.) cannot be accepted due to the nature of international shipping.
As a condition of return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered. Please use the original packaging materials used at receipt when returning items.
Some items are not eligible for return. Please note we cannot accept returns of perishable goods such as food or fresh flowers, nor newspapers or magazines. Items that come into direct contact with the skin, hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

* Gift cards
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Items cannot be returned directly to the manufacturer.
In the following cases, only a partial refund of the purchase price will be issued:
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Opened items
* Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and are not in their original condition.
* Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
If the information you provided is correct, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your card issuer after we have completed the refund process.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
We accept refunds for full-price items, but sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, the refund for the returned item will be issued as a gift card equal to the item’s value. The gift card will be mailed after we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or if the giver received the item and then gave it to you, a return will result in a refund to the giver and the giver will be notified of your return.
