6. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After confirming your order, we will promptly package and arrange shipment. However, custom orders or stock availability may require additional processing time.

8. Change of Delivery Address

Changes to the delivery address after placing an order are possible if made before shipment. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Changes after shipment are not accepted in principle.
